A stale comedy treat, the film is about Scheme Apparao (Rajendra Prasad) who is an intelligent, hardworking and talented guy and has the ability to sell anything with the mode of installments. During one of his deals, he is spotted by the mischievous girl Geetha (Madhumita) and she plays a prank on him which leads to trouble. Eventually, she bails him out of the crisis and even before anyone realizes, they are in love. However, Geetha's father Anjaneya Prasad (Dharmavarapu) who seems to be a fan of 'KBC' hosts his own 'Kaun Banega Geethapathi' to all bachelors who wants to marry his They are typical middle class neighbouring tenants and the ladies always dream of having a house of their own. Apparao capitalizes on that and promises them their dream homes and takes their money to get his own house. As luck would have it, things fall apart and the ladies realize that nothing of their dreams are really going to materialize. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.
